Many of our wood burning stove suppliers make a gas version as well and it is sometimes hard to tell the difference. However, the gas burners light at the flick of a switch or even by remote control and, of course, they never have to be re-fuelled or cleaned out.

We're happy to offer personalized guidance on selecting the ideal stove style that suits your home, all while considering your budget and requirements. Apart from gas stoves we also stock electric and solid fuel stoves.

Yes, we have a range of gas stoves on display in the showroom and can offer a wide range of different models to suit your home. Our showroom is conveniently located at 346-348 Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire.

If you do not want a gas stove we also stock electric and solid fuel stoves. You can view these in our showroom.

Yes, once you’ve decided what you want us to put in, we'll carry out a technical survey, to make sure everything fits and can be installed safely by our qualified Gas Safe and HETAS engineers.

Yes, we have a driveway between ourselves and the White Eagle pub garden or you can use the Tesco development which is accessible from Portman Road. Park and walk up to Oxford Road, with Tesco on your right, and turn left. We're a few doors down.

Yes, there is a ramp leading through the double doors into the showroom.

When your new gas stove is installed, our Gas Safe engineer will notify Gas Safe who will notify Building Control and you will be issued with a certificate confirming that all regulations have been followed.

No, you don't need a chimney for a gas stove, a balanced flue gas stove uses its own chimney system, either through an outside wall or vertically, through the roof. There are lots of different sizes and models available.

Mum and I visited a few months ago and were assisted by a young gentleman (I've forgotten his name, sorry). He politely greeted us, answered some questions, and left us to to browse, before assisting us with putting in an order. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. Prior to this we had also called as mum has mobility issues and we were unsure of parking, and he said we could pull up in the staff parking area. We later interacted with Sam and our fitter, Graham, and his colleague. All were lovely and we were particularly impressed and grateful when Graham picked up on my hesitancy post fitting and fed back, meaning Sam realised there had been a mistake/miscommunication with the order, and they proactively contacted us to fix.
