We closed the showroom. The showroom now comes to you.
On 31 March 2026 we closed the doors at Oxford Road for the last time, and moved to a more personal service: an in-home consultation, with the brochures and the samples brought to you.
What changed
Our Oxford Road showroom closed permanently on 31 March 2026. Instead of asking you to visit us, we now visit you.
A consultation is a site survey at your home. We assess the space, the chimney and the style of the house, and bring detailed brochures and fireplace samples — so we can help you choose the design, fuel type and installation that suit your home’s character and heating needs.
Why it is a better way to choose
A surround looks different under showroom lighting than it does against your own wall, next to your own floor, in your own light. At home, you see the sample where it will actually live.
The practical questions are answered at the same visit, too. The chimney, the hearth and what the wall will take are looked at before you choose, rather than after an order has been placed. And everywhere within our 20 miles radius gets the same service — Newbury and Ascot are no longer a drive to a showroom away.
It costs nothing
The consultation and the technical survey are both free, with no obligation after either.
It happens at home
Brochures and fireplace samples against your own walls and floor — not under showroom spotlights.
It answers the practical questions
The chimney, the hearth and the wall are looked at before you choose anything.
