Fireplace installation in Maidenhead

Fireplaces, fires and stoves across Maidenhead, Cookham and Bray.

Fires, stoves and fireplaces fitted in Maidenhead

Berkshire Fireplace Centre has provided fireplace, fire and stove services across Reading and the surrounding areas, Maidenhead included, since 1998. Every installation is carried out by Gas Safe and HETAS registered engineers and certified on completion.

Cookham and Bray have a great deal of period property, where a chimney that has been out of use for years often needs lining before a real fire can go back in. That is something to establish at the survey, not on installation day.

Around Maidenhead

As well as Maidenhead itself, we cover Cookham, Bray, Holyport, Furze Platt, Pinkneys Green and White Waltham — and anywhere else within 20 miles of Reading.

How it works in Maidenhead

Since our Reading showroom closed on 31 March 2026 we work entirely from in-home consultations. That is genuinely better news if you are in Maidenhead: instead of driving to Reading to see a range, the range comes to you — brochures, finish samples and someone who has fitted these appliances for 25 years.

The consultation is free, the technical survey afterwards is free, and there is no obligation at the end of either.

From a customer near you

“Today I had an electric fire installed into a Victorian fireplace. Very few around and Berkshire Fireplace Centre sourced me one and installed it today. Graham could not have been more helpful — it was not a straightforward installation but he never gave up! Cannot thank Graham and the team enough.”
